Sublimation Printing

The library now has a Sawgrass 1000 Sublimation Printer available! We also have a heat press for you to use to complete your projects.

Submit Your File

Submit your file for printing to idealab@whitelakelibrary.org with the subject line “Sublimation Print – Last Name.”

Please note that the printer can print up to 11 x 17 inches. Indicate the final print size you would like the document to be. Also include any other relevant information (e.g., number of copies and what you will apply the image to).

Once you submit your file for printing, library staff will review it and email you a cost estimate. You can then visit the library to pay with cash or check, or if the total is over $5.00, payment can be applied to your library account. Files will be printed after payment has been received.

Prices

  • Library provided paper – $0.50 per page
  • Patron provided Sublimation Paper – $0.25 per page

Additional Information

Files will be printed as submitted. Staff will not modify or alter your design after it has been received. Once your print is complete, you will be notified by phone or email when it is ready for pickup at the Adult Information Desk.

Prints are not guaranteed to come out exactly as intended and may be affected by factors such as the quality of the file provided. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for prints affected by user-submitted design or color quality issues. Please review your design carefully before submitting.

Things to Note

  • Only designated library staff will have hands-on access to the sublimation printer.
  • You may provide your own sublimation paper if preferred.
