Drive-Up Window

The Drive-Up Window at White Lake Township Library makes it easy to pick up holds, drop off materials, or handle quick transactions without leaving your vehicle. Whether the weather is too hot, too cold, or you are simply short on time, our drive-up window is here for your convenience.

Drive-Up Window Hours

Day Hours
Monday – Thursday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday Closed

How It Works

The Drive-Up Window is located next to the book drops. Simply drive up, press the button to ring for service, and a staff member will come to assist you. Service at the window is limited to picking up holds and paying fines. Your library card must be in good standing to use this service.

If your transaction will take more than five minutes, please park and enter the building to complete your visit.

Scheduling a Pick-Up

If you would like to pick up your hold at a specific time, please call the library at (248) 698-4942 ext. 2 to arrange an appointment and confirm a mutually agreed-upon pickup time with staff.
