The White Lake Township Library’s Strategic Plan provides a forward-looking framework to guide services, partnerships, and growth through 2026. Developed collaboratively with staff, trustees, and community input, the plan outlines goals that promote engagement, innovation, and lifelong learning.
The Strategic Plan focuses on four core goals: community connection, organizational strength, sustainable funding, and public awareness. It reflects the Library’s mission to provide informational, educational, cultural, and recreational resources in a welcoming environment that fosters enrichment and growth.
