Banners should be submitted using one of the templates below.
Download the below template for printing your banner. Attach and submit your file for printing to idealab@whitelakelibrary.org with the subject line of “Banner Print”.
Please note that the banner is one sided 12” x 47”. Include any other relevant information (i.e., number of copies) print in color or black and white.
After submitting your file for printing, the staff will review it and send you the cost. We will print your file once you reply that your fee has been paid.
(If you would like to use your own graphic design software (i.e. Publisher, Canva) the file must have these dimensions: 12" (1152 px) x 47" (4512 px) and must be submitted as a PNG or JPG file.

The Library reserves the right to decline to print any item that does not fit our guidelines. See below for more information.
Files will be printed as submitted. Staff will not change a design after receiving it. Once your print is complete you will be notified by phone or email when it can be picked up at the Youth Information Desk.
Prints are not guaranteed to come out as intended and can be affected by any number of variables including quality of image provided. We will not reprint objects that fail due to design quality errors unless changes are made to the design. Refunds or replacements will not be given if customers are unsatisfied with the color, quality, size, or other options within the customer’s control. Check your design carefully before submitting.
The Library retains the right to refuse any print request for any reason. The Library’s banner Printer may only be used for lawful purposes. The public will not be permitted to use the Library’s banner printer to create material that is:
To submit your file for printing, email idealab@whitelakelibrary.org with the subject line of “Poster Print” and attach your file. Please attach a PDF, JPEG, or PNG version of your document. Poster designs can be printed in various formats, but it is recommended that you save your document as a PDF to guarantee the best experience. Please use a minimum of 150 pixels per inch to avoid a pixelated appearance. Indicate the final print size you would like the document to be. Please note that one side of the document must be 24” or smaller for us to print it. Include any other relevant information (i.e., number of copies).
